We apply social science methods such as interviews, focus groups, surveys, qualitative analysis, and quantitative analysis to answer questions and ground process design in evidence, not assumption.
Evaluation & Analysis
We assess whether a process or program achieved its goals and use that analysis to make recommendations for process change.
