About Us

Mission Statement
We design and facilitate multiparty processes that increase collaboration in natural resource management to help people see their values reflected in the decisions that affect them.
Our aim is to:
-
Help foster relationships so discussions can take place that otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t.
-
Support people/groups to work together where they cannot achieve the desired outcome on their own.
What We Do
Though we work throughout British Columbia, we are grounded in and focused on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, the traditional territory (hahoulthee) of the Nuu-chah-nulth (Nuučan̓uł) First Nations.
Through the collaborative governance roundtables and other collaborative project facilitation, we provide neutral and safe ways for voices to be heard, leadership by delivery, administrative support, and relationship support in situations where different groups of people come together to work on aquatic or marine issues.
